How business days are counted
- Keep Monday to Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
- Leave out the eleven federal holidays, on the weekday they are observed.
- Between two dates, both dates count. After or before a date, the date itself does not: 1 business day after a Friday is Monday.
